1. Introduction

There are several invisible scientific tools, for example Satellite waves, Current waves, Cell Phone Tower waves, Radar waves, Laser waves, Nano Particle instruments, X-ray, in the world. Almost all people are aware of the usefulness of the technologies. At the same time, there are many disadvantages too. In this article, we present some conjectures about the disadvantages.

2. Conjectures

In this section, we give the following conjectures.
In the study of human brain, there are two ways, namely Human Mind Study internally and Human Mind Study externally. A human brain consists of all the sensors which control and direct all the parts of the body. For each minute movement m of a human body, there is a brain movement n such that the body should have the same movement m whenever the brain has the movement n. This analysis is called Human Mind Study internally. Without knowing anybody, each and every behaviour of a person can be calculated by stimulating each and every feeling of the person using technologies and a group of people. This is said to be Human Mind Study externally. If a person or particular research institute or organization of a country has the specialities to use independently the technologies, then the against of the world-wide human rights” Human Study externally and internally without knowing anybody” may be possible (See [1]).
Around a person it is possible to generate a circumstance, where every minute movement of the brain of the person can be recorded electronically without the aware of the person and knowing anybody such that the same recorded movements can be given to the brain of anybody. Through this, the matters what the person worked in the circumstance, can be observed. Therefore, the personal works of a person in a country or visitors from other countries can be observed without their awareness, by suitable trained persons in wrong and silent way and used to solve a problem. In this way, a person having technologies can hack the original works of a person and spoil the originality. Therefore, by the above concept, the system of any competitive examination, common talent test and election in a country will fail.

3. Conclusions

Every country is in the situation to meet the above such problems. The government of a country should investigate about the above such matters as soon as possible.
